Hi there, my name is Rayelle and I’m a lead experience design researcher with 16+ years of experience in the industry, working across the UK, Ireland, Spain, Canada and the USA. Since graduating from the University of the Arts London (UAL), I have worked on a variety of projects. Focusing on the application of design research methodologies to solve complex experience problems in various fields, from the public sector to established private sector companies.

I’m passionate about bringing empathy to user experiences and believe that understanding the voice of the customer is the key to successful product/service design. I achieve this by collaborating with stakeholders and building teams with a strong foundation of research ops, inclusive design and user-centred design best practices.
